At Aplenas, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we are here to help.

1. Voluntary Return Policy (Change of Mind)

We offer our customers the option to return products within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Conditions for Return:

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original, unopened packaging.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items (Exemptions):
For hygiene or product nature reasons, the following categories cannot be returned:

  • Downloadable digital products (e.g., e-books, software).
  • Gift cards.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items).
  • Health and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, soap).

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: Please contact us via email at info@aplenas.ch within the allowed return period, stating your order number, the products you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Await Instructions: We will reply with detailed instructions on how to send the product back to us.   
  • Ship the Product: Ship the product to the following address:

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the inspection result.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
  • Only the product cost will be refunded. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Defective or Damaged Products (Warranty Claims)

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@aplenas.ch within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos that show the problem.

  • In this case, we will cover all return shipping costs.
  • We will offer you the choice of a repair, a replacement with a new product, or a full refund (including all shipping costs).

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
